Europe continues to freeload off American taxpayers while doing absolutely nothing to protect global shipping lanes. We station 100,000 troops and spend $60 billion a year defending them, yet when the Strait of Hormuz is shut down they offer nothing but excuses.
Macron and the rest of these weak European leaders expect America to carry the entire burden while they lecture us on climate change and open borders. Trump was right from the beginning. Our so-called allies are worthless in a real crisis.
It’s long past time to stop being the world’s unpaid security guard. NATO has become a one-way welfare program for spoiled socialists who refuse to spend on their own defense. America should not be subsidizing their weakness anymore.
President Trump understood this better than anyone. He demanded they pay their fair share and put America First. The rest of the world must learn to stand on their own or get left behind.
Real patriots know it’s time to seriously consider leaving NATO. Let Europe defend itself for once. We have our own border to secure, our own people to protect, and trillions in debt we can no longer ignore. America First means exactly that.
